We will use every means at our disposal to provide an outstanding service at an affordable price, even when you are not home.
WHAT DOES SUPER SCOOPERS DO FOR ME EXACTLY?
We will come to your home at a prearranged time, and free your yard from pet poop so you may enjoy your clean yard and not worry about health problems that can arise from pet waste build up.
WHERE DOES ALL THE PET WASTE GO?
After cleaning your yard, we double bag the pet waste and place the bags in your designated trash receptacles.
DO YOU WORK THROUGH THE WEATHER?
Yes, we do work all year round. In the event of a snowstorm or flooding from heavy rains, our schedule may be pushed back a day or two, but rest assured, we will make sure that we service your yard correctly either before the predicted bad weather, or as soon as possible afterwards.
CAN THE DOG BE OUTSIDE DURING THE SERVICE?
Yes, of course, we at Super Scoopers love animals! The dogs are what makes our job so enjoyable. If you want your dog outside during the service, then let us know so we can come prior to the service and meet everyone in advance.
DO WE HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Only if you would like one for your records. We charge per month, and you may start, cancel or change your type of service any time you wish.
DO YOU OFFER A ONE-TIME SERVICE OR VACATION SERVICE?
We try to be as flexible as we can to meet the needs and expectations of all our customers. Therefore, we offer special services for all reasons. Call for an appointment or quote.
ARE THERE ANY REASONS WE WOULD GET CHARGED FOR NO SERVICE OR MISSING A SERVICE?
We would only charge you if you did not call 24 hours before the scheduled service was to be performed, in order to postpone or cancel. We would also charge in the event that we were unable to access your property due to a locked gate.
