John Gjertsen Joins D. L. Blain & Co.

D. L. Blain & Co., LLC is pleased to announce that John Gjertsen, CFP® has joined the firm as a wealth planner. In this new position, Mr. Gjertsen will provide investment management and wealth planning services. Prior to joining D. L. Blain & Co., John was a financial adviser at Steadfast Financial Services in Orlando, Florida. Before becoming a financial advisor, he spent 11 years as a software developer.

In addition to obtaining CFP® certification, he is a Level 2 candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has earned enrolled agent (EA) privileges from the IRS. John holds dual degrees in Computational and Applied Mathematics and Managerial Studies from Rice University in Houston, Texas. He lives in Taberna with his wife, Abby, and son, Valor.
